A class survey

In my class, I asked 20 people in my class about the sports they have played this week. I also asked them about adventure sports.

- Everyone in my class have played sports this week. Fifty per cent have played tennis. The most people have played basketball, football and hip-hop.

- Half the class have tried climbing. A few people have tried mountain bike and three people have tried rafting.

My Easter holidays

All week, I've been to Turkey with my family. I liked to go in a balloon. We saw the bridge that sorts out Europe from Asia. It was fantastic!

We arrived in Banyoles on Saturday afternoon. On Sunday I went with Mios to the cinema and we watched Una Pareja de Tres.
On Monday I had lunch with my family.

Describing a summer festival

In October we go to Sant Martirià in Banyoles.
The celebration lasts three days. It's a traditional celebration and there are always crowds of people.
At Sant Martirià you can enjoy music, dancing and the funfair.
There is a great variety of music and traditional Catalan dances called Sardanes. A music band plays traditional musica and people dance Sardanes.
Also, there are the funfair where many young people enjoy. They are open all day along.
The last day in the evening, there are the fireworks and we always eat toghether with my family.
If you come to Sant Martiria's celebration, you'll need some warm clothes because sometimes is cold. But it's a fantastic celebration.

The gosth story

One day, I was with my little cousin in the park, when we saw two ghosts! I was talking with my cousin when we saw them.
First, I saw a girl. She was running. After that I saw a boy. He was running too. They were very happy. I talked to them, but they did not answer to me.
Next day, I saw in the newspaper that in that same park, they were making a film of fear. I explained to my cousin and we laugh.

A description of a typical weekend

My typical weekend

On Friday evening, I usually stay in. My friend Anna often comes to my house and we watch a film.

On Saturday mornings, I always go to skiing. Then, in the evenings, I usually go out with my friends. We sometimes go to the bowling or we go to Puigcerdà.

On Sunday morning, I always get up early. In the afternoon, I usually do my homework. I hardly ever go out on Sunday evening. I usually play computer games or I do my homework.

A biography

Angelina Jolie was born on 4th June 1975.
She grew up in California ans she acted in her first film when she was five. When she was eleven, she went to drama school.

When she was young, she appeared in music videos. Her first big film was The Bone Collector in 1999. She won an Oscar in 1999 and she became famous in Lara Croft: Tomb Raider and other films.

Now, she's a film star and help children's organizations. She lives in the USA with her children.

Stop destroying our beaches!

In one year, 100 million of people have visited the beaches in my country.

So what's the problem?

People throw rubbish at the beach.

How does this affect?

If we pollute the water, the animals that live in the sea will die.

What happen if this continues?

We will not want to go to the beach because it be very dirty.

How can you help?

You'll help to protect the beach if you:
- Don't throw cans, papers or rests of eating at the beaches.
- If you smoke, you throw the cigar into the wastepaper basket.
- If you have a shower on the beach, do not spend too much water.

writing - My favorite TV program

My favorite TV program is Zoey 101. I like Zoey 101 because the stories in the program are interesting. A also thing that it's fantastic. The protagonists are Zoey, Chaze, Lola, Michel, Logan, Queen... They live in a campus called PCA. Zoey is fourteen years old. In my opinion, the best character is Chaze. I like Chaze because he's funny and he usually appears in Zoey 101.
